STUDIO3D PRODUCTION COÖRDINATOR
The job:
As part of the Creative Studio you are, as a 3D Production Coördinator, responsible for filing and manage our extensive 3D data base. You will have a key role supporting our 3D designers. Basic knowledge of sculpting and minor adjustments to 3D files are part of the job.
The Creative Studio is a 6-person department where marketing, creation and 3D design together form the creative engine of the company. As a 3D Production Coördinator you are accountable to, and you provide direct support to, the head of 3D Design.

- Realize turnover / sales within Germany and realize/ensure annual growth
- Maintaining/ strengthening the existing accounts trough personal and regular contact
- Setting short and long-term sales strategies in the field of product, price and sales policy together with the Country Manager DEU

OBJECTIVES
- Lead and review the work of the creative team for all web, print, and digital marketing collateral.
- Act as a link between the departments as one of the stakeholders to be the gatekeeper of the Creative Studio.
- Deliver a clear content strategy for both small and large projects, harnessing brand design, 3D design, copy and digital
technology. - Identify opportunities by collaborating with the marketing and sales department in developing commercial, yet
inspirational plans. - Create strategic marketing campaigns that translate the objectives of the business units into clear and inspiring brand
communications. - Analyze brand tracking, market trends, consumer needs and the competitive landscape.
- Managing the budget by forecasting and overseeing expenses.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and manage a cross-functional team of concept developers, graphic designers, 3D designers, copywriters, social-media experts, photographers/videographers, and project managers in the strategic development of messaging and deliverables.
- Develop timelines by working closely with the Creative Studio team members, prioritizing work and resources for [conceptual] assignments based on short- and long-term needs.
- Develop innovative and actionable initiatives by initiating brainstorming sessions with the team, thinking strategically according to the HBM DNA.
- Review and approve concept, copy and design developed by the team and ensure that the results meet the marketing goals and communications as per strategy.
- Safeguard the brand’s DNA by producing appealing and innovative work that translates creative ideas into compelling print and digital experiences for diverse audiences.
- Develop strategies for new collections based on trend and analyzes by presenting clear concepts to the stakeholders.
- Own a strategic annual plan with clear concepts that meets the general HBM business objectives which must be
presented to the company’s stakeholders. - Oversee the presentation of final concepts and obtain approvals for deliverables.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Relevant experience, with several years in a creative responsible role.
- Proven ability to develop a commercially creative, successful concept. [budget, concept, timeline, process, deliverables,
results]. - Proficiency in leading a team of diverse, talented creatives.
- Strong vision on business objectives.

PRINTING3D PRINTING PROCESSOR
You support our prototyping department by processing 3D models and preparing them for print. Needless to say that you work in a structured way and always know what you are doing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS
